How can we get started with services right away?
We know that you want to get started with therapy for your child as soon as possible. We also understand your urgency and will work with you to streamline insurance acceptance, patient assessment, and family onboarding.
Personal Consultation
One of our BCBA’s will conduct an initial consultation in person or over the phone to review insurance, your child’s diagnosis, and to answer any questions you might have.
Comprehensive Assessment
During this time, one of our assessors will meet you and your child either at our clinic or at your home to assess your child and conduct a functional behavior assessment. We only use evidence-based assessments including the VBMAPP, Vineland, AFLS, ABLLS, Essential for Living, among others. After the assessment, our team will review all assessment scores, your child’s initial report, and medical necessity recommendations with you.
